Last night, the teachers from Illinios came by and had dinner with us. Sam (left) taught us a new trick on how to make flower fajitas. I think we will have to try that a little later this week. Sam and Jenny brought the main staples of Costa Rica, a rice and beans mixture along with the fajita balls. We added the ground beef, along with the toppings and presto, we have a taco. Sprinkle in some cold beer and great conversation, you end up with a delicious meal and a good time.
