I think we are finally able to determine the species of the fish we saw yesterday. I did a little research earlier this morning and it seems the fish is known as a Blackspotted Puffer, also referred to as a Dog Face Puffer and a Hush Puppy Puffer. Travis Stikeleather also went and commented a moment ago that it was a Dogfish (Dog Face) Puffer.
Hopefully the water will clear a little bit over the next couple of days, so we can take some clearer underwater pictures.
