Olivia was in her element here. She was able to hold the monkey for about 25 minutes during our stay.
The monkey's name is Milagro (Miracle in spanish). Poor guy got severely injured by another dominating male monkey. Seeing him get better from our last visit and being able to interact with him, really makes her want to come back and volunteer. If a child wants to volunteer at the facility, the parent must accompany the child. We had heard from the existing volunteers, that all families get to do is clean the cages. Not really my gig. Well just support them by coming and visiting.
