Day 6 - Waking up in Cabuya

Woke up to the sounds of bird song this morning at around 5:30am. Glad to be here at out new pacific outpost. It was a long drive yesterday. Although we only had to drive and ferry 120km (75 miles), it took us all of 8 ½ hours to get here.


Anna made her first coffee with the Costa Rican sock this morning. Since we got here at dark last night, it was hard to see all the features of the house. The kids have already taken to the pool and hammocks several times this morning. The pictures below are of a bird aviary with a collection of parakeets and a children's tree house here on the property.
